Orders placed via our website are processed daily and shipped from the central warehouse.
- Order before 10 PM and receive your shipment the next day (in 99% of cases, depending on the carrier).
- Only products in stock can be added to the shopping cart.

Product Availability & Delivery Times
The availability of each product by color, print, and size is visible on our website.
- Out-of-stock products are marked with a cross.
- Sold-out products are indicated with "sold out."
- In exceptional cases, an error may occur in the stock status. Should this happen, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution (e.g., an alternative product or order cancellation).

Changing your order
Adjustments to an online order after receiving the order confirmation can only be communicated by email to orders@freddypantroom.com. Our team will assist you further and implement the changes if possible.
Shipping and Return Costs
- Shipping costs are never refunded.
- Return costs are always at the customer's expense.
- If an order no longer meets the minimum order value for free shipping due to a return, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Discounts & Returns
- Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund.
- Products purchased with a discount, on sale, or with other promotions retain their stated discounted price. Any received discounts will be forfeited upon return or exchange.

For the Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg:
- Home delivery: orders under €150 → €5, (next day delivery).
- Home delivery: orders above €150 → free, (next day delivery).
