Changing your order
Adjustments to an online order after receiving the order confirmation can only be communicated by email to orders@freddypantroom.com. Our team will assist you further and implement the changes if possible.
Shipping and Return Costs
- Shipping costs are never refunded.
- Return costs are always at the customer's expense.
- If an order no longer meets the minimum order value for free shipping due to a return, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Discounts & Returns
- Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund.
- Products purchased with a discount, on sale, or with other promotions retain their stated discounted price. Any received discounts will be forfeited upon return or exchange.

For the Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg:
- Home delivery: orders under €150 → €5, (next day delivery).
- Home delivery: orders above €150 → free, (next day delivery).
